Monday is a public holiday in the event that New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day falls on a Saturday.
When a Sunday falls on New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day, the following Tuesday is also observed as a public holiday.
There isn’t a second holiday recognized on Monday when Anzac Day falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
